Swine House exclusively sources whole, pasture-raised animals from Texas to smoke, roast, grill, and produce fine charcuterie. You can find us roasting pigs on spits and serving our sausages and house made deli meats at pop-up and private events around South Texas.
Especially in Texas, we are far removed from the food we eat. The Sun, soil, and labor of the farm deserve our utmost respect. We simply seek to feature the work and sacrifice of the people who produce the best food we can find. Not only does Swine House refuse to contribute to the commodity meat industry on principal, we also believe true flavor cannot be produced but on open pasture and a foraged diet.
Posting up at our favorite bars, breweries, or off-hours restaurants, Swine House and its favorite cohorts from San Antonio’s burgeoning indie food scene are filling up its calendar with ways to bring you the true flavor Texas pasture-raised whole animals. We rotisserie roast whole pigs, lambs, and goats on location, and depending on the event, slice to order, chop for tacos or sandwiches, or if its for your private event, we can even let you and your party pick at it at your leisure!
Swine House is mobile! We can perform any of our pop-ups at your home, farm, ranch, or nearby park. Give us a shout for any inquiries on whole animal roasts, house made sausages or deli tables, cheese and charcuterie spreads, hipster burgers, or any other meat party you are interested in! Pricing is based on quantity, labor, and travel.
